Dato’ Sri Haji Mustapa Bin Haji Ali is the president of Asia Pacific Security Association (APSA), Malaysia Chapter. He is also the managing director of AHM Consultancy & Security Services Sdn Bhd. He founded the company to provide security services in Malaysia. Services such as Security Systems & Equipments, Central Monitoring System Services (CMS), Safe Deposit Box Consultancy, Cash-in-Transit (CIT), Private Investigation (PI), Static Unarmed Guarding Services, Armed Escort Services and Surveillance Services. He was honorary graduated from University of Malaya (UM) in the field of Security & Strategic Studies. Over the years of career experience, he was serving as the Senior Police Officer for over 21 Years in the Criminal Investication Department (CID), Deputy OCPD, ADC to IGP Tun Hj Mohd Hanif Omar.
